Sometimes, special equipment may need additional materials management protection. Frequently, polyethylene foam, special hardware or synthetic pallet "feet" (Skidmates) are incorporated to "cushion the load." These special needs are a cinch for our flexible manufacturing lines.

We can make a wide variety of floater pallets to your spec using specialty foams, corrugated hardware and or skid-mates.

Custom Spec? We can design and produce your pallets to your precise requirements. We have over 30 years of experience, and throughout the years have helped many of our clients with custom shipping needs, including custom sizes, configurations, and special protective needs.

We are one of the few certified manufacturers of pallets and crates for export to China and the EU in the Bay Area. The wood we use has been heat treated and our manufacturing processes conform to special shipping regulations. If you plan on shipping overseas, you may be required to use only certified pallets and crates.

Our remanufactured pallets can be custom-made to your specification, from only high quality reclaimed lumber. Using remanufactured pallets helps the environment by saving trees and keeping pallets out of landfills. It's also more cost effective.
